Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is seeking a program administrator to organize and implement state and local underage drinking and drunk driving prevention initiatives. The role covers program administration, liaison with grantors, reporting, and achieving performance objectives. Some fundraising experience is welcome as a future focus.

The position is remote but requires residency in Wisconsin, with a salary of $50,000 annually and strong opportunities for growth within the program portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community awareness, education, partnerships and youth programs.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Non-Profit Fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clear written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement all aspects of core and supplemental prevention programs for targeted populations at state and local levels.
• Manage administration, liaison, and reporting to meet performance objectives and grant guidelines.
• Design and facilitate training programs, orientation meetings, facilitator trainings, parent workshops, and student presentations.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training, guidance, and motivation to volunteers and staff.
• Maintain data collection and reporting on program results and progress for evaluation and improvement.
• Support national program evaluation measures and perform other duties as assigned.
