Job summary

MADD is seeking a remote program administrator in Oregon to oversee core and supplemental underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at the State and Local level.

You will liaison with partners, design events, manage grant compliance, track results, and coordinate volunteer recruitment and training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of youth-focused program experience, with travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in community health programs, grants, or youth education.
• Willingness to travel; flexible hours.
• Strong organization and multitasking in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to meet grant objectives and market the program.
• Manage implementation and logistics of alcohol prevention programs at state/local level.
• Organize orientation, facilitator trainings, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers; provide training and coaching.
• Maintain data tracking of programs, grants, and reports.
• Participate in national program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
