Job summary

The MADD Center is seeking a detail‑oriented program administrator in Oregon to manage underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at the state and local levels. The role involves liaison duties, reporting, and ensuring grants and policies are followed.

Remote position with residence in Oregon; requires travel and flexible hours, and a focus on community outreach and program evaluation. Salary is provided as an hourly rate with 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in community health program implementation or grant administration.
• Travel and flexible hours required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve grant objectives and promote the program.
• Manage logistics of alcohol prevention programs at state and local levels.
• Organize orientation meetings, facilitator trainings, and parent/student sessions.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers and staff.
• Track program data, grant results, and financial reports for evaluation.
