Job summary

MADD is seeking a remote Program Administrator to organize and implement prevention programs for underage drinking and drunk driving, targeting state and local levels. The role requires residency in Lee, Collier, or Charlotte County, FL, with annual pay of $47,500.

The position emphasizes liaison, reporting, and achievement of performance objectives within grant guidelines, while coordinating volunteers and fundraising activities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in community health programs and grant management.
• Experience with grant administration is a plus.
• Willing to travel; flexible hours required.
• Strong outreach and donor-focused fundraising preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook; data entry skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement events to meet grant objectives and market the program.
• Manage logistics of prevention programs at State and Local levels.
• Organize orientation, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and train volunteers; provide coaching and on-site support.
• Coordinate logistics for events (LER, Move with MADD).
• Oversee volunteer engagement and brand consistency.
• Support fundraising activities and donor outreach.
• Assist in fundraising goals with managers and partners.
• Maintain tracking and data collection for program results and reports.
• Participate in national program evaluation measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
