Job summary

MADD - Mothers Against Drunk Driving is seeking a Program Specialist to coordinate underage drinking prevention and related programs across designated areas from a remote Reno, NV base. The role involves managing volunteers, scheduling, and ensuring all materials are ready for each session.

You will design and implement program activities, track outcomes, and help meet grant objectives. Travel about 50% is required; the annual salary is $50,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience with community health programs or grant administration helpful.
• Strong organizational, communication and data-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs across designated areas.
• Manage volunteer schedules and materials to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Meet revenue goals and coordinate grant-related reporting and evaluation.
• Organize trainings, orientation meetings and stakeholder workshops.
