Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

This position is eligible for full-time remote. You will analyze program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines, develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks; and ensures accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions
• Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others
• Ability to perform as an integral part of a team
• Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines; develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks; ensure accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to generate initial reports and analyses for review.
• Apply company policies to resolve issues and determine appropriate actions.
