Saab, Inc. seeks a Program Performance Management Analyst to support program performance analysis in compliance with contractual and government guidelines. The role develops budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses, and mitigates cost and schedule risks.

Remote work is eligible for this full-time position, with requirements including US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience OR equivalent work experience
• Effectively uses problem solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions
• Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others
• Ability to perform as an integral part of a team
• Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
