Saab, Inc. is seeking a Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

This position is eligible for full-time remote work and focuses on analyzing program performance in line with contractual and government requirements. The role develops budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assesses cost and schedule risks; and ensures funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience OR equivalent work experience.
• Problem solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions.
• Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external).
• Ability to perform as an integral part of a team.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of project management processes, including Earned Value.
• MS Project and Excel proficiency.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks.
• Ensure accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Contribute to reports/analyses for review by experienced team professionals.
