Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment programs. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and diligent execution.

The role requires 2–3 years in PM, a customer-service mindset, and strong presentation skills. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually with a flexible, remote-friendly work environment and opportunities to engage with diverse teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience.
2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
PMP certification or understanding of PMI principles preferred.
Flexibility in the workplace.
Ability to make decisions with limited information.
Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Significant experience with customer service and project management.
Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal resources.
Provide outstanding customer service; respond promptly to questions and requests.
Serve as point-of-contact for customer and cross-functional teams.
Manage project lifecycle from initiate to close and monitor progress.
Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to meet goals.
Identify risks, manage scope, schedule, and costs; implement approved actions.
Prepare internal/external reports on status and risks.
