Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or strong PMI principles knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal resources and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond promptly to questions and requests.
• Act as the point of contact to customer and cross-functional teams for day-to-day execution.
• Manage project life cycle from initiate to close and maintain PM plans.
• Support SOWs, contracts, and changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and monitor project performance for stakeholders.
