Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI principles preferred.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own project responsibilities through the full life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
• Maintain the project management plan, customer requirements, project schedule, and other documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables; support implementation of SOWs and contracts.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and implement approved actions to mitigate project risk events.
• Measure project performance, identify and quantify variances, perform corrective actions, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Assist in the change control process, including tracking, writing scope documents, and gathering estimates and pricing.
