Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or familiarity with PMI principles (preferred).
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service; be responsive to questions and requests.
• Serve as a point-of-contact to the customer and cross-functional teams.
• Interpret and meet customer expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Maintain the project management plan, requirements, schedule, and docs.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Support implementation of SOWs and contracts.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Measure project performance and communicate results.
• Assist in change control and scope proposals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
