Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal resources and external customers.
Provide outstanding customer service and respond timely to questions and requests.

Monitor scope, schedule and costs; implement approved changes.
Prepare and present internal and external reports on program status and risks.
Support statements of work and change requests as needed.
Assist in financial reviews to maintain budget and margins.
