Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment by coordinating project delivery with customers, vendors and internal teams. You will manage expectations, track progress and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.

This remote, full-time role covers the full project lifecycle—initiate, plan, execute, control and close—plus risk and change management, reporting, and collaboration on statements of work. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree desired or commensurate experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a project management role.
• PMP certification or PMI knowledge (preferred).
• Flexibility in the workplace.
• Ability to make decisions based upon limited information.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.
• Understand team dynamics and foster a positive team environment.
• High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Coordinate customer and cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and scope.
• Monitor risks, scope changes, and costs; report status.
• Support business development through statements of work and changes.
