Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate retirement product delivery within a mobile banking platform, focusing on third-party partnerships, onboarding, funding, and cross-team alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance. You will drive end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities and ensure a cohesive experience across tax and banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience working with retirement or long-term savings products, such as IRAs, investment platforms, or employer-sponsored accounts.
• Familiarity with retirement ecosystem concepts including contributions, account onboarding, and long-term engagement strategies.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to financial products (e.g., KYC, AML).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners within the platform, including APIs and onboarding flows.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
• Plan and manage project roadmaps focusing on tax-season readiness and key capability rollouts.
• Design and optimize tax journeys, onboarding, contributions, and Saver's Match across channels.
• Identify risks, enforce regulatory compliance, and coordinate partner support models.
• Support learning agenda and provide status updates to stakeholders.
