Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Strong experience in Digital Banking Transformation, Mobile Apps, and Online Banking initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience guiding complex programs across multiple teams and departments.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with digital customer experience initiatives and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, mid-to-large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Drive Agile project execution, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, product, and operations teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance processes, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
