Moneta Group is seeking a Retirement Plan Service Operations Manager to lead the operational and project management core of the retirement plan advisory team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, coordinate deadlines for client deliverables, and manage relationships with service providers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ retirement plan/benefits experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational and project management hub for retirement plan advisory team.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and deadlines across client deliverables.
• Manage onboarding through ongoing plan reviews, ensuring compliance.
• Liaise with Advisors, Partners, clients, institutions, and service providers.
• Develop and produce client review materials and presentations.
• Oversee client communications and content across channels.
• Lead Salesforce data entry and reporting workflows.
• Manage relationships with Recordkeeping Service Providers and TPAs.
