Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager to support end-to-end retirement capability implementations, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.

You will translate business objectives into executable plans, manage vendor implementations, and deliver a cohesive retirement experience. Strong relationship skills, empathy, and high energy keep projects on track and aligned with the company’s customer-first strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing third-party partnerships, technical integrations, and vendor implementations from contract through deployment.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners, including APIs, onboarding flows, and data exchange.
• Support cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with the partnership roadmap, including readiness for key capability rollouts.
• Consolidate end-to-end customer journeys across platforms, including onboarding and contributions.
• Identify and track mitigations for risks across technical integration, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the retirement learning agenda by helping teams evaluate adoption and engagement questions.
• Deliver status reporting and executive updates on progress, risks, and integration readiness.
