• 3+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
• Ability to identify friction and design scalable improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Strong structured problem-solving, diagnostic thinking, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders without authority.
• Experience designing or improving operational processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that track program status, communicate progress, surface execution risks on a regular cadence, and elevate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Partner closely with your immediate Ops team and cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend scalable improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that provide visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision making.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums that help teams align, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate outcomes, and drive follow-up improvements or remediation where needed.
