Qualifications

• Experience with public pension and benefits retirement systems.
• 20+ years Project Management experience.
• 10+ years Pension Industry experience.
• 2+ years Employer Outreach experience.
• Experience managing outreach activities involving 50+ employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agency / Employer Outreach activities for the RISE pension and benefits system replacement project.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, employers/agencies and solution vendors.
• Develop communication and employer outreach strategies.
• Manage employer testing, interface testing and certification activities.
• Lead business procedures and training efforts.
• Ensure internal staff and external employers are prepared for RISE Go-Live.
• Track risks, issues and project progress.
• Provide regular status reports and presentations to sponsors and steering committees.
