Job summary

Advantage Tech is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate retirement product delivery within a mobile banking platform through strategic partnerships. You will drive end-to-end implementation, onboarding, funding, and engagement features across tax and financial services spaces.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and readiness. Strong PM, API integration, and cross-functional leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects.
• Experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations (APIs, platform integrations).
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and PM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners within the digital banking ecosystem, including APIs and onboarding flows.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance.
• Develop and manage project plans aligned to the partnership roadmap, including tax-season readiness.
• Consolidate customer journeys across digital and tax platforms: onboarding, tax-time contributions, Saver’s Match.
• Identify and mitigate risks across technical integration and regulatory requirements.
• Support execution of the retirement learning agenda and evaluate adoption outcomes.
• Provide clear status reporting and executive updates on progress and readiness.
