Qualifications

• Strong program design and management skills for adult learning, leadership development, or community management.
• Experience designing in-person and virtual convenings at varying scales, including flagship events.
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines with attention to equity and human-centered design.
• Experience moderating complex discussions and synthesizing insights from gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design, strategy, budgeting, and delivery of whole-network gatherings (virtual and in-person).
• Design participant experience, session architecture, and partner journey for all Beyond100K events.
• Coordinate event execution, manage vendors and venues, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own convening calendar and establish cadence of yearly events to meet organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and consultants to align on programs and outcomes.
• Evaluate engagement and outcomes to inform future iterations and improvements.
