itD is seeking a Partner Program Manager to drive partner engagement and execute programs that strengthen partner relationships and improve program performance. This remote-friendly role ensures smooth partner operations, delivers well-run events, and maintains a high-quality partner experience across initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in partner management, program operations, and event execution, with a proven track record of increasing engagement and participation

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage partner or customer relationships.
• Experience with event planning, coordination, or program management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive action.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders or leading group sessions.

Responsabilités

• Manage partner communications related to workshops, registrations and program participation.
• Analyze event and program data to surface insights and drive alignment with best practices.
• Support partner lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, retention and ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular partner check-ins and reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate workshops and partner events based on program priorities and formats.
• Develop and deliver presentations and enablement sessions to educate and engage partners.
• Execute quality assurance across events, templates, tools and processes.
• Maintain partner-facing and internal resources for accuracy and usability.
• Attend internal practice meetings and collaborate on industry thought leadership.
• Contribute to client case studies, blogs, and other learning materials.
