Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Program Operations Manager for Meetings & Incentives to coordinate complex programs, build client partnerships, and ensure flawless execution. The role supports domestic and international programs in a fully remote environment, collaborating with planning, sourcing, and finance teams to manage budgets and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate meetings, pharma experience, strong vendor negotiation skills, and proficiency with Cvent,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate meetings and incentive planning experience.
• Pharmaceutical meetings or account experience required.
• Strong background in client service, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Cvent, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Experience reviewing budgets, reconciling expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects.
• CMP certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% domestically and internationally, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple programs, keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.
• Partner with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks.
• Prepare account performance reports and quarterly client review presentations.
• Review planning materials, supplier comparisons, budgets, and client presentations for accuracy.
• Monitor Cvent records, registration details, and program documentation.
• Support final billing reviews, reconciliation, and cost savings reporting.
• Participate in site inspections, onsite program delivery, and post-event reviews.
