Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management (IT/software).
• 6+ years in a management role, preferably in program management.
• 6+ years in process improvement, or related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize a development program within deadlines and budget.
• Collaborate with sponsor, cross-functional teams and project managers on scope, deliverables and resources.
• Maintain relationships with project managers and stakeholders to ensure success.
• Direct, develop and manage program initiatives with full-scale plans and communications.
• Develop and manage budgets and track progress against business goals.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, requirements docs and presentations.
