One10 is seeking an experienced Meeting/Event Manager to lead complex client events from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high quality standards.

You will oversee scope of work, budgets, venues, AV, staffing, supplier management, and post-event debriefs while guiding a team and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. Travel as needed and a remote-friendly environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience; travel/tourism emphasis preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and financial aptitude for events.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage delivery elements for client projects, including budget and timelines.
• Lead internal and external meetings and guide contracting decisions.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee supplier partners and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide project debrief notes and feedback to stakeholders.
