Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft. This is a remote U.S.-based position that requires frequent travel.

Candidates must have reliable access to a major airport. The primary responsibility is acting as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects nationwide, driving the Project Management Process and data quality to enable fact-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; relocation not available; US residency with airport access required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%+; no visa sponsorship offered.
• Advanced degree(s) in engineering or business are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post-order support for Microsoft projects nationwide and customer liaison for project execution.
• Lead and train project teams; manage relationships with Microsoft and product lines.
• Drive project management processes and data integrity for informed decisions.
• Improve financial performance and customer satisfaction through PM process improvements.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top project management talent; manage escalations.
• Oversee pricing, configuration changes, and drawing changes for projects.
