Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside in the United States with access to an airport.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects nationwide.
• Drive the Project Management Process and data quality for informed decisions.
• Lead and train project teams; manage relationships with product line management.
• Develop management-to-management relationships with Microsoft to drive growth.
• Participate in PM leadership, provide reports, feedback, and constructive input.
• Ensure systems compliance with policies and procedures.
• Drive productivity growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
• Support Industrial Sales Team and PMO in achieving goals.
• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top Project Managers.
• Handle technical product changes, pricing negotiation, and change approvals.
• Manage financials including Z accounts and customer claims.
• Develop team members and resolve escalations related to factory or field issues.
