Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Program Manager, Microsoft, a remote U.S.-based role with frequent travel. You will serve as the single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects, drive PM processes, and manage relationships to meet milestones and financial goals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electrical project management, strong leadership, and the ability to train teams. Salary guidance is provided with a variable incentive program; relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within the United States and have access to an airport.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects nationwide.
• Drive the Project Management Process and ensure timely, data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with product line management to meet milestones.
• Lead, train, and manage project teams and PMO staff.
• Manage financials including accounts and customer claims.
• Collaborate with sales and PMO to achieve strategic goals.
• Attract and develop top project managers to deliver customer value.
• Oversee change pricing and drawings related to technical projects.
