Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft for a remote U.S.-based role. You will be the single point of contact for post‑order activities on active Microsoft projects and drive the Project Management Process across the organization to ensure accurate, timely data and customer value.

In this role you will lead field-based Project Managers and Project Engineers, collaborate with Microsoft to drive growth, manage financials, and deliver effective relationship management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside in the United States with airport access.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.
• Preferred: Engineering degree, Master’s degree, 10 years in Field Sales/Marketing, PMP certification, people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects.
• Drive the Project Management Process and data quality for fact-based decisions.
• Lead and train project teams; supervise PMs and PMOs.
• Build relationships with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Manage financials, including pricing changes and customer claims.
• Develop new team members and resolve escalations related to field service or factory issues.
