Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft. This is a remote U.S.-based position that requires frequent travel and access to a major airport.

The Program Leader will be the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on active Microsoft projects and drive project management processes to support data-driven decisions and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of project managers and engineers, develop relationships with Microsoft and product lines,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within the United States and have access to an airport.

Responsibilities

• Post-order support for Microsoft projects nationwide.
• Lead and train project teams on applicable processes.
• Build relationships with product line management to meet milestones for Microsoft projects.
• Develop management-to-management relationships with Microsoft to drive growth and value for Eaton.
• Participate in the Project Management leadership team with reports and updates.
• Ensure systems comply with corporate, division, and organizational policies.
