Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft to act as the single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects across the United States. This role is remote within the US and requires frequent travel to support project needs and site coordination.

You will drive the Project Management Process, manage project teams, and collaborate with product line management to hit critical milestones, while focusing on data-driven decisions and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Relocation is not available; candidates must reside in the United States with airport access.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects nationwide.
Drive the Project Management Process and deliver timely, data-driven decisions.
Lead, train, and supervise project team members across projects.
Develop relationships with product line management to meet milestones for Microsoft projects.
Manage project financials including accounts and customer claims while ensuring compliance.
