Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft. This is a remote U.S.-based position that requires frequent travel. Candidates must have reliable access to a major airport.

The role acts as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on active projects, drives the Project Management Process, and aims to improve data quality and customer satisfaction through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Relocation is not available; candidates must reside in the United States with airport access.
• Sponsorship not offered for CPT/OPT/H-1B programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on active projects.
• Drive the Project Management Process and its data for informed decision making.
• Drive financial improvements and customer satisfaction through PM process improvements.
• Build relationships with product line management to meet milestones for Microsoft projects.
• Lead and train project team members and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
