Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Program Manager, Microsoft. This is a remote U.S.-based position requiring travel and access to a major airport.

You will act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects, driving PM processes and data quality for informed decisions.

The role involves leading project teams, managing budgets and negotiations, and building strong Microsoft relationships to grow value for Eaton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside in the United States and have access to an airport.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on Microsoft projects nationwide.
• Drive the Project Management processes and data quality for informed decisions and evaluations.
• Manage, train, and supervise project teams; build relationships with product line management.
• Develop and train new team members to ensure high productivity.
• Resolve escalations related to factory, field service or customer issues.
