Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Project Manager for Datacenter projects. This remote position is based within the continental United States and must be located within 50 miles of an Eaton facility.

The role focuses on sales planning, project order management, and leading a sales team to meet quotas across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with electrical industry and project management experience, plus familiarity with SAP, Bidmanager, and Vista.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years’ of electrical industry experience.
Minimum 2-years’ experience in project management.
Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of an Eaton facility to be considered.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

Utilize the Project Management team resources assigned to their project orders.
Assess and apply in-depth knowledge of sales planning services to internal clients in one or more specialty areas requiring technical application.
Upgrade existing processes, deploy new initiatives, and recommend new solutions based on analysis and customer trends.
Ensure compliance with applicable processes and procedures to achieve business goals.
Provide leadership and development to a sales team consisting of sales professionals and distributors.
