Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Coordinate work of project managers and analysts across multiple workgroups.
• Develop meaningful executive dashboards and reports for ongoing analytics.
• Create training materials and share best practices with teams.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to executives.
• Identify and manage risks, budgets/forecasts, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
