Job summary

The position oversees strategic programs and complex, enterprise-wide projects, delivering executive-level communications and dashboards to track progress and ensure alignment with company objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep experience in program management, with a focus on governance, planning, and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate the work of project managers/business analysts across multiple workstreams.
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive updates and project status.
• Deliver best practice and training information to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
• Escalate issues and risks to leadership and communicate solutions.
