Develop detailed program plans including risk management and reporting.
Collaborate with operations to shape service delivery strategies.
Own all aspects of client engagements and projects from kickoff to closure.
Identify risks and issues early to protect timelines.
Serve as primary client contact throughout engagement lifecycle.
