Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee client-facing program execution across multiple engagements, with a strong focus on information security and coordinated service delivery. You will partner closely with operations and cross-functional stakeholders to build disciplined plans, manage risks, and keep complex projects moving forward. The ideal candidate will bring executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide client relationships from kickoff through completion while maintaining clear reporting and accountability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement progress across diverse client initiatives while ensuring effective resource utilization
• Develop detailed program management plans, including risk management and reporting
• Collaborate with operations to create service delivery strategies
• Maintain responsibility for all aspects of client engagements and associated projects
• Identify and address potential risks and issues before they impact project timelines
• Act as a primary contact for clients throughout their engagement lifecycle
• Oversee program reporting and lead meetings to communicate status and developments

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years in a client-facing Program, Project, or PMO role, particularly in information security
• Proven expertise in managing cross-capability engagements for multiple clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with executive presence
• Expertise in Program Management methodologies and tools and managing information security operations
