Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Centers to lead complex design projects remotely in the United States. The role focuses on scope, schedule, budget, and margin performance, partnering with design leadership and client stakeholders to keep multiple projects moving forward.

Responsibilities include contract and task-order oversight, revenue delivery, and effective cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 6 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or major projects
• U.S. citizenship required for potential future government security clearance
• Understanding of A/E/C project delivery processes preferred
• Proven leadership and communication abilities with multiple stakeholders
• Direct experience in financial reporting and budget management
• PMP certification preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage prime contracts, subcontractor agreements, and inter-company agreements
• Oversee task orders across multiple concurrent data center design projects
• Ensure targeted revenue delivery and successful profit margins
• Monitor project performance related to scope, schedule, and budget
• Utilize earned value management to assess progress against baselines
• Lead client meetings and ensure effective communication with the Design Manager
• Support design managers in project delivery and address internal and external changes
