Job summary

Ladders seeks a Security Delivery Manager to guide complex security programs across the organization. You will lead a team of security delivery managers and program managers, building strong operating rhythms and clear accountability.

You will partner with security engineering, legal and policy stakeholders to improve delivery speed, strengthen risk coverage, and provide executive visibility into outcomes. This remote role requires excellent communication and a track record of driving security

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations.
• 10+ years in program or project management focused on security, trust, safety, or compliance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale security programs, including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Skilled in managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders.
• Expertise in defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery risks in complex security workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for conveying security program status to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers to execute security initiatives across various domains.
• Define and implement a multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with security goals.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, and tracking security programs across teams.
• Collaborate with security engineering and legal teams to ensure coordinated delivery of security programs.
• Oversee the development of metrics and reporting mechanisms for executive-level visibility.
• Build and nurture a team of program managers focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps in security execution and drive changes to enhance delivery speed and risk coverage.
