Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 7+ years managing technical programs.
- Experience with distributed computing or SOA.
- 3+ years in cloud computing services, preferably AWS.
- 3+ years in Agile delivery.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical program management and delivery strategy and establish scalable operating mechanisms
- Drive program roadmap development aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-platform technical investment planning for architectural alignment
- Serve as an executive escalation point for program risks
- Define measurable outcomes for platform success and ensure accountability across teams
