Job summary

MasTec’s Clean Energy & Infrastructure segment is seeking a Program Manager to lead the administration, planning, and enhancement of core applications. The role offers a remote work option and engagement with multiple locations nationwide.

You will collaborate with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define requirements, set system goals, and drive improvements across PMIS and related tools. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field or 5–7 years of related experience
• Experience with Procore or InEight preferred
• Familiarity with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other core apps relevant to projects
• Experience with PMIS and software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned core applications.
• Assist in planning, design, and development of enhancements to core applications and recommend new programs.
• Meet with decision makers and end users to define business requirements and goals.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing applications and develop improvement strategies.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans for enhancements and upgrades.
• Plan and build application roadmaps and coordinate training.
• Collaborate with auditors as needed.
• Travel to project sites to ensure adoption.
