Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Experience with programs such as Procore or InEight preferred.
• Familiarity with core applications like Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other core apps.
• Experience with PMIS and software tools such as InEight, Procore and HCSS.
• Strong customer-centered teamwork skills.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to groups of users, managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned core applications.
• Plan, design and develop enhancements to core applications and propose new programs.
• Meet with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define requirements and goals.
• Review and analyze current applications and strategize improvements.
• Assist users with core application questions and concerns.
• Develop, test, and document plans for enhancements and upgrades.
• Plan roadmaps and coordinate training on core applications.
