Job summary

MasTec, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of core applications across the company.

The role offers remote work options and requires coordinating with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define requirements and deliver improvements. You will work with PMIS and software like Procore, InEight, HCSS, and Viewpoint, plan roadmaps, train users, and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Experience with Procore or InEight preferred.
• Familiarity with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other core apps.
• Experience with PMIS and software tools InEight, Procore, and HCSS.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned core applications.
• Plan, design, and develop enhancements to core applications and recommend new programs.
• Define business requirements with decision makers, process owners, and end users.
