Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a Program Manager to lead the administration, design, and enhancement of core applications across multiple U.S. locations with an option to work remotely.

The role requires strong PMIS experience, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to plan roadmaps and coordinate training for users. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to drive adoption and optimize systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, or related field, or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Experience with Procore or InEight preferred.
• Familiarity with core applications like Viewpoint, Procore, B2W.
• Experience with PMIS and software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS.
• Strong customer-centered teamwork skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Primary administration of assigned core applications.
• Assist in planning, design, and development of enhancements to core applications and recommend new programs when considered.
• Meet with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define business requirements, set systems goals, and resolve core application issues.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and develop strategies for improvement or further leveraging.
• Assist users with core application‑related questions and concerns.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans for all core application enhancements and upgrades.
• Help plan and build application roadmaps and conduct or coordinate training on core applications as needed.
• Serve on task teams such as Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research, etc.
