E Tech Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead a growing team of engineers and technical resources across multiple projects. This remote role involves hands-on technical solutions and direct client contact, with 30% travel to various sites.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project management or 10+ years in a project engineering setting, plus a PMP credential. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and delivering profitable, client-focused outcomes for industrial controls projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background.
• PMP credential is required or highly preferred.
• 8+ years of dedicated PM experience or 10+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proven leadership in industrial controls projects and familiarity with relevant languages.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates with major clients, focusing on E Tech Group resources.
• Manages internal and external resources to estimate, sell, and implement multiple systems across locations.
• Acts as the primary client contact, responsible for financial decisions and long-term goals.
• Oversees revenue opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and order closings.
• Supports the Program Director and Business Development Manager with strategic plans.
