Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multiple projects and a growing team of engineers with strong ties to sales and project management.

Remote position with up to 30% travel. Requirements include a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 8+ years PM experience (or 10+ years in project engineering), and PMP credentials. Experience with industrial controls and PLC/HMI programming is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years PM experience or 10+ years in project engineering environment
• PMP credential required
• Familiarity with industrial controls projects
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate with major clients and internal resources.
• Manage internal and external resources to estimate, sell, and implement multiple systems.
• Act as primary client contact, responsible for financial decisions and goals.
• Oversee client revenue opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and orders.
• Support Program Director and Business Development Manager with strategies.
• Ensure technical, financial, and commercial success and maintain schedules.
