Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) seeks a Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of key core applications, with the option to work remotely. The role involves coordinating with decision makers, design planning, and enhancing core software like Procore, InEight, and other PMIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or 5–7 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with programs such as Procore or InEight is preferred.
• Familiarity with core applications like Viewpoint, Procore, B2W, and other company core apps.
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and software tools such as InEight, Procore, and HCSS.
• Strong customer-centered teamwork skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Primary administration of assigned core applications.
• Assist in planning, design, and development of enhancements to core applications and recommend new programs when considered.
• Meet with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define business requirements, set systems goals, and resolve core application issues.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and develop strategies for improvement or further leveraging.
• Assist users with core application-related questions and concerns.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans for all core application enhancements and upgrades.
• Help plan and build application roadmaps and conduct or coordinate training on core applications as needed.
• Serve on task teams such as Application Vendor Analysis, Process and Policy Research, etc.
• Work with internal and external auditors as needed.
• Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities.
• Travel to project site locations as needed to ensure implementation and user adoption success.
• Other duties as assigned.
