Job summary

Engage fi is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives. You will support strategic consultants, manage scopes, schedules, and templates, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.

The role involves coordinating with clients, Engage fi, and vendor resources across evaluation projects while reporting progress, mitigating risks, and updating stakeholders for timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred and experience with enterprise software projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and programs ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Manage program risks and escalations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with clients, Engage fi, and vendors.
